Perfect for bodypump!
I am so impressed with this Weight Set. The weights are easy to use because of the construction - rubber coated metal makes them perfect to use as single weights, when working out. I bought them to use at home for body pump. The quick release collars make the transition from low to high weight easy. The barbell is foam coated, enabling easy grip and a comfortable workout. I store my weights in the conservatory and believe me, on cold mornings, grabbing a cold bar doesn't provide the incentive to carry on. Obviously, I am a lady, so the weights are ample for me and if I progress beyond the 20kg, then I'll just purchase extra discs from the same company.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fantastic weights!
Absolutely fabulous Weights and Barbells, not only does it look stylish and modern, but someone must have put a lot of thought into the design. The Bar is virtually slip free due to rubber coating and what was also is very impressive is the cut out in the weights, which can be used singly for doing exercises without the Bar.
