Very Disappointed
The stool arrived in time. Clever design with many alternatives for comfortable positions. Inferior materials used. The whole thing is flimsy. If you move in your seat, the whole thing collapses. The wooden frame looks OK, not great. The flat surface is MDF with a piece of sponge covered with artificial sheepskin. My husband had to glue one of the feet in as it kept falling off. I am quite petite and my personal opinion is that it would not be reliable for someone much larger/heavier. I would not recommend this product.

An absolutely disappointing stool. Bought for my 93 year old mum who broke her ankle and needed to keep it elevated.
Very unstable collapses when in use. Can’t move it without collapsing. Poor quality fittings. The slots for adjusting the stool are inadequate. Have had to make adjustments myself to make this stool useable. Basically taping it in place to stay up. Which means I can’t collapse now. Unsafe to use as it is. A bit flimsy

Cheap materials and poorly constructed foot stool.
The footrest collapsed after using a couple of times, the two little hinges pulled out the blockboard on the rest. I was sent a replacement and it happened again. I was resting at the time when it collapsed like a pack of cards, in my seventies and it came has quite a shock to me. In my personal opinion I should have been refunded the cost.
