An easy way of supporting your daily intake of D3.
I received my package on time. The hard plastic container keeps out any ulra-light. Suggest you decant into smaller container with cotton wool inside to stop the rascals escaping all over the floor. They are quite small and round and bounce a bit. An excellent way to support you daily intake of D3. at a good price. Ineffective
I have been taking Vit D for a long time so I know when my body is reacting to it as expected. These don't work very well and I have to take about twice as much as usual to feel the effects. They are well packaged though and the ingredients in the soft gels are satisfactory.
