Excellent Product at a super price!!
I read all the reviews and purchased on the basis that it would look new and would operate as new and it certainly does. In fact I cannot tell the difference between refurbished and new, so is an excellent purchase. It came partially charged so you can give it a try straightaway. Docking station/charging unit easy to install and once it is on the wall, you just charge and go. Power is pretty strong on the max suction and practically pulls up the carpet in certain rooms, still just as excellent in high suction mode - extended run. I used to vacuum practically everyday with my Dyson Ball, but with the Dyson V7 you can just remove it from its docking station, vacuum and put it back, so lightweight, so easy such a godsend for us perfectionist!! I like to clean out the foot wells in the car which was really the main reason for getting it, but now I think that it will be used all the time in the house. My family thought I had to be surgically removed from the vacuum cleaner before but, with this one I think I will!! Just love this little machine. Once works for 15 minutes
I just received this product and fully charged it. Tried to use it and it only lasted 15 minutes. Then when I tried to charge it that didn’t work and it just flashed a fault light. Was hesitant at first but very impressed.
The point of this hoover is to hoover in low power mode and use max power mode for when needed when hoovering for a longer duration. Had a bosch athlet 25.2 before and believed it was the best cordless on the market, but this blows it away in every way. The only issue iv had in the few days iv had it is when iv been using it on max power mode it gets hot and an amber light appears when docked afterwards, i think it just means its waiting to cool down before it charges which if correct sounds like a good preventive measure by dyson. Main reason i got the basic model is because the charging dock can only hold 2 attachments. I think dyson should consider an optional 2nd charging dock for the hard floor cleaner and mini motorized tool for any of the more expensive packages would be nice to be able to charge in more than one room also.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Surprisingly good
I wasn't prepared to believe that a cordless cleaner could be as good as our old corded one but I have to say that this Dyson V7 has proved me wrong. It cleans really well and because it is so easy to use, you can do a lot of cleaning on one charge. The dust container is quite smaĺl so it needs frequent emptying, but this is easy to do. Although it was said to be refurbished, it was indistinguishable from brand new. Perfect Buy
Came in excellent package,Dyson Box labled refurbished. But it was hard to say the product is refurbished. Every item individually packed just like brand new. Every part was like brand new. Great suction, low sound. Smooth brush movement and easy to clean. Just one click and open. Takes space less than one can imagine. Dont have more words.

Simply Brilliant
We had a Bosch Athlet prior to buying the Dyson and because we didn’t know any different assumed it was the best available cordless vacuum. That was until it stopped working and Bosch UK were absolutely hopeless at offering help to investigate possible causes. Every cloud has a silver lining and the Dyson is ours. It is better in every way than the Athlet, being lightweight manoeuvrable and easy to empty with terrific suction. We have a lot of hard floors and pondered whether we should pay extra for the “ Total” model, there is no need the V7 is fine. One tiny, tiny constructive criticism is that you can’t stand it up mid clean, we have to lie it down or it falls over but that is a very small price to pay for such an excellent product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Very impressed
I am very impressed with this hoover , have read a lot of mixed reviews and wasn’t sure how good it would be but it is very good , the refurb is brand new and has been a breeze to use. If you use the highest setting it doesn’t last long about 20 mins but on the regular setting it works longer ... haven’t had any issues with it not picking up anything... have never hoovered so much as it’s so easy and light ... WOW...what a bargain!
Refurbished...you would never have known. Compared to my DC25...It’s less noisy, it’s light weight ( esp carrying upstairs), highly manoeuvrable, easy to empty, no more getting tangled up in cord or knocked in the chins when using coil hose at full stretch or having to replug in around the house. Just pop it back in to hanging charger till its needed again. Easily does my large two bedroom house in one go. Definitely recommend to buy this Dyson V7. Wouldn’t know it’s a refurb
Looks brand spanking new, and acts it! Got this after borrowing my mother in law’s v6 and decided I could never go back. The v7 is slightly quieter and I much prefer the lock and unlock buttons being on the attachments themselves rather than on the vacuum head. I vacuum at least twice a day because I’ve got a crawling 8 month old and the battery still only needs charging every twice or third day. It’s so light and easy to use that you get much more done in a shorter time so don’t be put off by the 30min battery life.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Outstanding
Purchased the v7 as a replacement for my dc44 when that packed in after many years of faithful service. I’m beyond impressed by the power of this cordless vacuum. Thought my dc44 was good but this has surpassed it. Picked up fluff of my door mat that my upright Dyson was not able to do. Think this will replace my upright. Whole house hold is impressed by this fantastic machine. My only drawback if you can call it that is that it’s so powerful on least powerful setting that I’m slightly worried for my lino in my bathroom. So glad I went for it. It arrived before edd, and looked brand new in original Dyson box. Purchased my dc44 of here aswell which arrived in same condition.
