Tamaflex Works
Started using this product instead of glucosamine/chondrotain supplements because my daughter's boyfriend works at GNC and he recommended it for my "old" joints. I've been a runner for decades and yeah I'm starting to feel it in the old knees and in addition I've started to develop arthritis in my hands so that's not fun. Once I started taking Tamaflex, I noticed that even with the change in humidity (which always makes it tough when it's low) the pain wasn't as noticeable. I don't even take ibuprofen anymore.
