Big step up in function.
Excellent display. Real time bright measure. Wish the horizontal angle derived measurement functions were available - It only has vertical. I'll have to have a triangle app for figuring wall length if there is obstruction at the wall. The only other device which has everything costs twice as much. My favorite features : AAA battery powered, usable outdoors, memory. It gives the same readings as a tape measure so is accurate enough for my use, and repeated measurements are virtually the same.
