Good shaver
I have always used Philips razors. They are usually very good when the blades are new, and quite good otherwise. The shaving head seems larger on this version than my previous one, so I was concerned about comments relating to its ability to get right in under the nose. Not a problem for me, so that's good. I've just run the battery out, and I achieved ten normal shaves over that period, so the product estimate of around fifty minutes minutes is about right. This is the first razor I've had that demands cordless usage so it's useful to go a while between battery charges. So far so good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Simply the best.
Having owned many electric shavers over the last 50 years, this is probably the best one. Its very quiet (doesn't sound like a jet taking off), easy to handle, easy to clean and shaves very close, especially the difficult neck hairs I usually have problems with. Good but not worth the original price
I had tried another make of electric shaver and didn’t get on with so wanted to return to Philips. I couldn’t afford the Prestige but this was half price so gave it a go. It’s ok but definitely doesn’t feel like a £300 product. Even at £150 it is not a lot better than a cheaper model. It is good and I far prefer Philips and it shaves quite close but it just doesn’t really feel like a near top of the range product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does the job..
I bought this product at well under list price and would comment as follows: Good points: Decent battery life between charges and does give a reasonable shave wet. quality but lacks cradle
have always bought phillips, this is great except this model has no charging cradle and they arent universal so old one doesnt fit. this would put me off buying another and thought of these as gifts but wont now.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent quality shave
So much better and such a closer more smoother shave than my old cheaper razor. No friction burn whatsoever. I use it with standard shaving gel and it's as good as a wet shave. Best electric shaver I have used
I have always used electric shavers abd have never been pleased with the results. With this wet and dry shaver, I used it dry for the first two weeks then changed to wet using a gel. i didn't feel I was getting on very well and after another two weeks found a gel foam. Since then, although it is taking a lot longer to shave, the results have been very satisfying and far better than anything I have ever experienced to the point that I feel that the extra time is worth the trouble. Pleased with the choice and excellent value
My previous Philips shaver was top of the range and proved its worth by lasting seventeen years before the on/off button gave up the ghost. This newly designed model is also top quality and gives an even better shave due to the number of floating heads. The price from this supplier was much cheaper than elsewhere and less than half RRP (as charged in Boots). Arrived speedily and in excellent condition.
