IT WILL DO
After many years of use I broke a glass kettle. Due to lock down and lack of choice in Tesco I bought a metal kettle. That lasted less than a month, it was poor design and i had to look inside the kettle to see how much water was in it. IT HAD TO GO!.I got this kettle from AO. It is far better than that mettle contraption. This Kettle does have it's faults. It is noisier than the metal one and that old beloved glass kettle. It is quick boil and I am pleased to see the amount of water and in the half light of evening I am pleased that a blue light at the base of the glass is a bonus, but it is not as bright as the old glass kettle. This new kettle is let down, by it's poorly designed spout, you really have to tip the kettle way over half way when you make only one cup of boiling water. I find it a bit clunky to handle compared with the metal kettle and old glass kettle. With this kettle around I will mourn for years for my old glass kettle.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Looks as good as gorgeous
Bought this kettle to replace an old one which had 2500w power. Only time will say if it has a real good quality. But so far it did not disappoint us as it looks to be as good as it is gorgeous. Water is boiled very quick and the glass body with the led lighting is beautiful.

Great glow blue kettle.
Looks great, looks very clean, as a large fill cap which flips up at press of button and seals back down when pressed shut. We will buy again most definitely. Limp lid but boils well sometimes dribbles
The kettle is quick at boiling water etc. It does occasionally leak water from the base, not sure why it does this, but it isn’t so frequently that it’s a huuuuge problem. easy to clean with the hidden element. The lid on this one is a bit faulty, where it does not open all the way with the button and is limp.
