Smartstick with great features
Its easy to set up, just follow the instructions. Its easy to use on the whole, the only downside, is sometimes you have no sound. If this happens, I usually turn off the tv & the smartstick & turn it back on again. This usually rectifies it. Wouldn't recommend this product
Works without sound. You have to come out and go back in sometimes twice. Have done all suggested measures. Bought HDMI extender, powered from socket instead of USB. Brand new smart t.v. runs Amazon prime stick without problems and Netflix as well. To add to this the content is not that good. So much for Sky. Won't renew entertainment pass . A great entertainment product.
This is a great product that allows you to watch all of your favourite shows that are on paid Sky channels (as long as you have the entertainment pass). I do not think I have unlocked it's full potential yet. A couple of negatives: the USB does not supply enough power to the stick (as it needs an outside power source) if plugged into the tv so you will need to use the adaptor to plug into the mains therefore taking up another socket. This is a known issue but I didn't find out until after I had bought the stick. Secondly I found the prepaid vouchers a little tricky to redeem and ended up buying a separate pass before a webchat helped me redeem the prepaid passes so I am now paid up for 3 months but I do not mind as it is really great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I was very pleasantly surprised by the outstanding pictures this little stick dishes out, I have a 4k tv and my tivo box doesn't deliver pictures to this clarity and quality, it's a fantastic purchase.
