Quantum leap in storage heater technology.
This storage heater is a massive improvement over the old one which it replaced (probably c. 30 years old). Although the fundamental principles remain the same, it is significantly more controllable, with a 7 day timer. This can be overridden if required, relatively straightforwardly. The appearance is better too. It will be interesting to see how it looks in 30 years though! My only slight issue is that it took several days to warm up and work effectively. I guess this is only a problem when first switched on, or if switched on after being off for a period. It did worry me though and I was starting to wonder whether there was something wrong with it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
