Anxiety & trouble sleeping. I won’t use these again
I used the product for about a week. Followed the directions on the side of the bottle- ie dosage and directions of how to use. I only took one a day for the first few days. When I increased dosage to two pills I felt anxious, and had trouble sleeping and staying asleep throughout the night. These are odd feelings for me to have as i don’t normally struggle with anxiety and can sleep like a log. Due to the lack of sleep my mood changed throughout the day and energy levels were inconsistent.
