Small but correctly sized pillow which helps with positioning when lying down, bringing the hips into alignment. You might think that it is too small at first but after your first night of use you will be singing it’s praises. Good quality material and can be used to sit upright against with it in the small of your back, or to slightly raise the ankle or knee to give pain relief. Comfy and small
I bought this for my husband with bad knees. He usually uses a normal cushion between his legs when sleeping. He says that this is good, feels different at first because it is memory foam but he is getting on very well with it. Can recommend this knee suport
I suffer with chronic skeletal & muscle pain all over my body, I tried this knee support and found it very comfortable and really helped with my knees & hips & aligning my spine while laying on my side. great comfort pillow
this pillow is great for bad knees and hips, its comfortable and it really helps me to sleep better. I prefer to use this than a standard pillow,its not too big and fits perfect just between my knees at night time,it gives so much comfort. I also like the idea that it has a zip off cover so you can wash and put it back on the pillow,would certainly reccomend this. This really helps aid sleep !
I Was skeptical about this but thought I would try it due to good reviews and will basically try anything to help with my pain. I can honestly say that I have slept so much better since using it, it was weird the first night but now I am getting used to it, so don’t be put off. My pain has really eased during the night, I don’t wake up as often and feel so much better in the morning than I used to. I have always thought my pillows were the issue and subsequently buy and change them all the time in the hope of finding one that helps ease my night pain. (I could open a pillow shop!)
