Great Vac
Light, manoeuvrable and easy to set up; this vac is all one needs in a handheld. It is not as powerful as a medium grade floor standing unit but it never could be.....this doesn’t matter much unless you have carpets that constantly get dirty, as opposed to dusty/grubby. Mr D is a clever chap who was perhaps the first to realise that one doesn’t really need that much power to do most cleaning jobs, provided the design of the head is good, but also that people like to think they have got the most powerful thing on the planet. So, the 100 air-watts of this device is powerful - providing marketing spin - but the base power mode does most of what the average house needs. This is just as well as max clicks off without warning after 5 or 6 mins but, if you get on with it, there is plenty of time on base power to do an average house including occasional bouts of max power when necessary. I um’d & ah’d for ages about the plethora of dyson products but really should have just gone for this cheaper option immediately.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Good but gives me electric shocks on max mode!?
Arrived very quickly and looking totally brand new with all the components sealed and boxed as new. Used it a few times on low speed with a few bursts on max but when it came to putting it on max to do my car I found it was shocking me in the hand; looking on Google it seems this is an uncommon but widespread problem with people saying put tape over the charger port, wear rubber soled shoes etc etc but to be honest I am really disappointed that this happens! Lightweight and easy to use
Needed a lightweight and small unit. Having discovered that Dyson had an eBay shop, I immediately starting searching and found the V7 animal cordless vacuum cleaner. The V7 animal is easy to use, compact and precisely what we needed for a busy household. Instruction are simple to follow. Attachments are good and are easy to change. The vacuum glides easily and vacuuming is effortless and doesn’t feel so much like a chore. The V7 animal would be suitable for any elderly person as the big red buttons and lightweight of the product means that independence can be maintained. Surprisingly even my teenager daughter now thinks it cool to vacuums. That alone means I rate this product 5 stars. This is a great product and I would highly recommend it to others. Price was good (a bargain in comparison to high street price) and warranty was fair for what was essentially a brand new product. Makes hoovering so much easier!
What's not to like about this hoover; looks stylish, takes up less room, has an easy wall-mounted charger, is light to use, gets into spaces my old hoover couldn't reach. I bought a refurbished model and it looks brand new and unused! I have a 4-bed house and I can hoover everywhere within the 20 min battery time - carpets and hard flooring and including stairs. It is sheer bliss to not keep wrapping myself up in long cords, or to keep changing plug points to get the reach. Where my old hoover used to try suck up any lighter rugs, the Animal V7 simply glides over them with excellent suction. Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner v7 animal refurbished
Was a bit hesitant paying best part of £200 for a refurbished machine as you never know what you would end up with, however I needn’t have been concerned; received what appears like a brand new machine and seems to be in new packaging and unused. Works brilliantly and wow what performance for such a light machine. Easy to use, great suction and good battery life with added easy emptying so I would recommend this product. Better than the V6
I have had both the V6 and V7 and they are both excellent products. The main difference between them is that the V7 has improved how you empty it. There is less chance of you clogging machine and you don't have to grab the dirt to remove it as the filter pops out before the container opens. Smart! There is a new head for floor cleaning that works well on hard floor and carpet so you don't need to switch the heads around as much. Plus there is a new small head better designed for getting into small areas. I can do my whole house on normal or a couple of rooms on high. Better than expected
Item arrived much quicker than the provided ETA which is always nice! As it is refurbished I wasn't quite sure what to expect however it arrived in all branded packaging and looked like it had been bought brand new from the shop. Very pleased with the results and it's so much easier to just quickly hoover a room without the hassle of lugging round a corded vac. It's so light and the swivel head makes getting round corners so easy. The only down side is that if you are hoovering your whole house and using it for the full power time, holding down the 'on' switch can rub on your hand. It would be good if there was a switch that you didn't have to constantly hold in for it to turn on. V good
Had this a few weeks now. It's very easy to use and seems very effective - not quite as good at a very thorough clean as the old corded one but much more convenient to use. Lighter and more effective than my Bosch Athlet (which was quite a bit cheaper). Trigger mechanism means power is only used when necessary so battery life has been fine for me. Easy to empty. Great value - basically new but 1 year warranty only
Mine was brand new and came in a Dyson branded box though it's a bit more plain than the retail box. The main difference is that you only get a 1 year warranty. Otherwise at the price I got it, I saved over £100 on the best 'new' discount price. Has replaced my big DC15 Ball and works better in some areas, like crevices and stairs.
