It works really well on aching neck and back BUT...
I have tried many crèams and products but this is my favorite. It really makes you feel cold so its great in summer and when I play basketball. I probably will not use it during the winter. Also my wife which applies it on me says the biofreeze is strong, (burns) eyes. the bottle with the pump is best for eyes and value- very expensive otherwise.
