In good used condition, no idea on mileage (been in storage for decades) but the vacuum advance works, lobes seem fine, shaft rotates well with no discernable play & cam gear is decent. I think these also fit the 740 (as a back up, in case the electric distributor system fails), may also fit the 144, but you`ll have to look into that.
