This is actually the BEST exercise bike I've ever bought/used. My hubby recently had a heart attack and needs to start exercise gently. This is perfect because of the back rest. Basically,you can make it as easy or as difficult as you want. Folds very neatly and is light and easily moveable. The added rowing option is an added bonus for upper chest and arm strength.
