Great Protection

SKB quality not what it was.
Case doesn't close all the way on the bottom where the rear hinge is. There's a gap roughly 1/4" , the hinge appears to be stretched. I've owned many SKB/TSA cases over the years,the older cases are perfect, this one has an issue,but for under $200 I'll live with it, just need to be careful how it gets handled.

Twice the value I expected
Wasn't sure what I'd be getting. Sometimes a small snapshot just doesn't tell the story. But in this case( pun intended) the rugged build quality just raps my Les Paul in safety and security. SKB cases are built for protection you can rely on.
I really feel these SKB cases are excellent. The fit & protection is great. TSA latches are positive & solid. The only concern I might consider is in extreme cold, the plastic could crack with a solid impact. But, it would still protect guitar. Which is it's purpose.
