    Sunday Service

    I once saw this drama on TV and couldn't switch it off, I was glued to the TV........Not Literally 🤣....... Though I've found Mark Williams an outstanding actor from the Fast Show days, and every time I see him, I have this vision of him running down a hill to the camera stopping......tapping his nose saying "You ain't seen me....Right" then turned round and legged it.... But getting back to this drama, I love it as its so laid back, and the story lines are corny but all the same ever so entertaining, every cast member has a role to play and they play their part so well, it's a "Who Done It" In a light hearted style, I can most definitely recommend this series, if there's nothing worth watching on TV, dig this out a bung it in the dvd player sit back relax and enjoy .... Me I class it as a Sunday evening drama where it's a lazy day feet up and chilling out.... So Yes I Highly Recommend This Series To All....10/10...

    good old England

    When I was young I read Chesterton. His stories have been rewritten for filming and I enjoy every single episode. Not only the players are very good but also the landscape and the vintage cars have stolen my heart. Sometimes I feel like being in the Cotswolds again. The actors have pleasure in playing their role as part of a much more innocent society than todays world. So refreshing and relaxed. And of course Chesterton always had a somewhat unexpected plot. It is a box worth every penny ps When will "The Danedyke Mystery" be available?? This was a teleserie of another 50 s book by Steven Chance
