In this work, beginning with the sound of a meditation bell, the teachings are given in Patricia Cori's pleasant low voice. The first three meditations are short invocations to the Light and act as a relaxing and heart-opening preparation for the deeper states to follow. The final two meditations consist of channelled material that will guide the listener through the powerful process of soul retrieval and the activation of the third strand of DNA, which Cori has described in detail in her trilogy The Sirian Revelations . The ultimate goal of the meditations is to prepare the listener for spiritual growth: the ascension of the soul to the fourth dimension beyond time.
