Very good if it works / had issues
The first one I ordered simply refused to work, kept failing to update, would not show video. All I.T helpdesk support at Swann that I spent many hours talking too could not resolve the issue. I had to return for refund. I ordered another, just hoping it was my bad luck to get a faulty one - the replacement unit works fine, and for £30 is a very useful device. As its wireless, you can move it around the home. My initial experience with the first unit has made me very doubtful about this units software and hardware. Build quality is excellent, its made of very high quality materials. If the second unit continues to work as it does, then I will buy another.
