Good product for the price
Does what I want, albeit I would have preferred a design in which a mobile phone can be mounted straight onto the charger, without needing a cable. I recently upgraded my phone. The previous phone was an IPhone 4 with the old style 30-pin charger. I had a charger on which the phone could be mounted directly, which meant there was no need for a cable. For some reason, nobody seems to manufacture a lightning 'cable' type of the same design. Maybe there are unspecified reasons, but it is a shame really. One other observation is that the plug was getting quite hot while my iPhone 6S was charging. I'm not sure why, the plug is rated at 1 Amp, which is a relatively low charge rate.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A wonderful experience
Panic set in when our last remaining app charger melted under the pressure of being used round the clock from seven Apple users. Kids were crawling about not knowing what to do with themselves. Lightning cable is a bit too tender.
Yes, it’s easy to use and yes it’s better than a usb style cable that only fits one way, but I find I am having to replace them far too often. Cable is Terrible
The cable is so bad that the Iphone doesnt even charge its looses battery when plugged in the the charger through the cable. They said it was a Genuine Apple but the cable is nowhere near good quality its as stiff as a stick and hardly even connects to the phone you have to move it around in the phone to even get it to charge. Good quality and value for money
This is fantastic value for money. The cable is much thicker than the original Apple iPhone charger so I'm hoping my daughter will have this new one for much longer without it splitting near the plug end of the cable. Really pleased with it's charging power. My daughter hasnt noticed any difference in the length of time it takes to fully charge the phone.
