Nothing like the originals
Bought this for my Teenage Daughter, who loves everything '80's' at the moment. I used to own one very similar 'back in the day'. It certainly seemed impressive, with many added features to bring it into the 21st century. However... The CD player doesn't play unless you push the disc right in with a knife or screwdriver. The radio reception is awful, and the DAB radio picked up 2 stations, & we live in an urban area, not in the country. The tape deck works well, but who has cassettes anymore? We had fun connecting some microphones to it and recording ourselves (remember recording the Top 40 on a Sunday night? I know, i'm old!) The Bluetooth works ok, and the aux input worked. The battery doesn't keep its charge, or isn't charging, even though it says it is. If this was half the price quoted then it's maybe worth a gamble, but i was quite disappointed overall. Daughter loves it though...so what do i know!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
