Uncomplicated smart heating at a realistic price.
What a fantastic experience! A superlative British made piece of kit! 10 minute simple install, 15 minute configuration and 20 minutes setting up the app! I added a couple of extra Wiser radiator thermostats. Now I can confidently and conveniently control the temperature in individual rooms or the whole system from multiple devices, anywhere I want! When fuel prices are so high this will be a game changer, I've programmed times and zones so that they are only heated when I'm using them rather than heat the whole house! Using voice control adds another dimension, if I'm busy in the kitchen I can simply ask Alexa to boost the hot water, or heating, if needed! Easy to set up
Despite there being no signs of use there were details of a previous user and device details stored within the controller. Once I'd worked out how to factory reset the controller and room thermostat the system started performing perfectly. It was ridiculously easy to install since I already had a compatible controller backplate and is very easy to use. The big test will be over the winter months when I need the central heating on, but the ability to have every room at a different temperature and on a different schedule is so exciting. The app installation and setup was very easy and linked into Google and Home Assistant without a hitch.
