Good product when battery fitted
Works fine, the only thing which disappointed was that it said it came with a battery, which it didn't and meant we were unable to use it until we went out and purchased one. Having read the description again it said it came with one but when you looked a lot further down it said it didn't. Cheap Copy
The one I received was a cheap copy not worth the £15 price tag, the reasons being: 1. the battery contact spacing isn't correct meaning the AA batteries don't make secure contact. 2. the case doesn't clip together properly. 3. Some of the buttons when pressed get trapped under the front panel. 4. The PVR mode button doesn't illuminate properly compared to the TV mode button or original YouView remote.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Replacement Remote for Humax DTR-T2000
Needed a new remote for my Freeview Box due to a couple of the buttons no longer working (Guide and info buttons). Didn't fancy one of the cheaper 'copy' versions. This is a great original replacement at around half the price of a new one. Bought 'used' it has very light signs of use - a few marks on the case - but nothing to be concerned about. The battery compartment is clean, and the battery compartment lid is attached as it should be. The important thing is that all the buttons function correctly and I am now able to see what is coming up for viewing! Does the same as the original but the plastics used are cheaper .and it also feels lighter .having said that it wouldn't take long to get used to it .Blue button is smaller and some others too .All in all not complaining just pointing out the changes compared to the one that came with the original.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Replacement remote
Bought this to replace my old remote which had a developed a faulty fast forward button. It was easy to pair up with my Humax box and works ok. Genuine, updated remote
This is the genuine article as far as I can see and has obviously been updated since my original one was manufactured as the buttons are now clickier rather than the squidgy feel of my, original, non functional remote where some buttons stopped working. On receipt of the product which was very quick from ordering, I opened the box and was dismayed to only find a leaflet with brief instructions and a code list, however, I inserted the batteries and to my great surprise it operated the YouView unit I had bought it for with no setting up to do at all. It does similar to Humax original, but key locations & size make life difficult
The unit arrived promptly. The price was acceptable. I believe nearly every function is covered. The choice of key positions is a bit weird - not logical or intuitive. Good replica but not as good as original
Very good replica handset, works exactly the same as the original, however the middle buttons (the micro switch directional buttons around the OK button) are not as good as the original and it's too easy to double click. Also the OK feels more indented rather than protruding like the original. But every other button is spot on replica.
