Great Radio for the Price
If this was a $100 radio I would not give 5 stars. But for the price it is a great little radio. I can hit my local repeater just fine and I get good signal reports. The manual is not very clear, and programming the radio from the keyboard is quite complex. I discovered CHIRP software and ordered a programming cable. Programing from CHIRP is a breeze. I put in 40 local repeaters in about 10 minutes.

Good and bad
Good sensitivity, small size and good. It would be even better if the frequency could be changed by dialing. The attached earphone microphone was defective and did not work.

Great little radio, but the manual is terrible. You have to watch youtube videos to learn how to save settings. Reports from repeater use say it has good clear audio
