Aperture and radius jig for routing apertures, recesses and radii in worktops. Made from 12mm hardwearing CNC machined compact high pressure laminate. Will cut radius curves at 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm and 250mm. Cuts internal and external radius with the use of pins or engraved sight lines. • 45 degree end cut. • 26mm and 35mm cabinet door hinge holes. • Engraved lines for ease of jig positioning. • 4 ABS plastic pins and full instruction manual supplied.

Great Quality Jig
This is a top quality Jig, the first arrived damaged. They organised an exchange and sent the new one better protected. I’ve used it to fit a kitchen with oak worktops. Made beautiful radius cuts on oak worktops. The things I learned are read the instructions fully, you need to use one edge of the jig as you step down 5mm at a time until you are through the workpiece, then do one clean pass at full depth ,Using the other edge of the jig to get a beautiful finish. I had two issues. 1 trying to take too much off on a single pass and 2 having the router blade come loose ( due to trying to take too much off in one pass. You will need A 1/2 inch shank powerful router and a high quality blade to get the best results

Pegs are loose
I cannot believe that Trend have not allowed for the pegs to be captured, when not in use, as part of the jig - like other manufacturers have. Also no bag! The quality of the jig is good
