Fantastic Chilli
I initially bought this product to experience the hottest chilli there is, and in that I was not disappointed. It is incredibly hot. But I was not prepared for the fantastic flavour it has, which came as a big surprise. If you use minuscule, and i mean minuscule, amounts this is a pleasant chilli with really fragrant fresh note to it which is truly exceptional. It has a faint Indian spice note to it when you open the jar, but it does not seem to add a curry like taste to the dish making it suitable for all types of chilli dish. The sheer power of this chilli means a jar will last you ten times what you would get out of a normal jar of chilli. Seriously, you can just dip the tips of a fork into it and flavour a plateful. Its a real treat and I use it with care for even mild chillis although I do have a high tolerance just because the fresh notes it has are so good. Love it to bits
I first found this product a couple of years ago and I am totally hooked. It's perfect for pepping up any dish that requires a bit more heat spice wise, it can turn a curry into something special but beware hot is what on the label and HOT is what it is. Hot Stuff but you will come back for more!
This product is for the chilli connoisseur and not for the amateurs. A teaspoon of the stuff will set it on chilli fire. I used in currys, egg sandwitches, spaghetti never tasted better, plum jam on toast a touch of the stuff simply devine! quince jelly never tasted better. Best chilli sauce out there!
I was sick and tired of those weak, sugary hot sauces available from supermarkets so ventured to eBay to get re-united with this little devil. It's definitely hot, but for me the flavour is the best thing about it. A little bit smokey, deep, well seasoned. Not for the faint hearted
This is the hottest pickle I have ever tasted and I mean extremely hot.
