G3 Scratch Remover
Used in conjunction with fine grit wet and dry paper to remove / improve a mixture of light & deep scratches and some lacquer peel. Was really impressed with this paste, it does as it says by starting off mildly abrasive, then becoming gradually smoother. On deeper scratches that aren't removed completely, the appearance is still dramatically improved. Only criticism would be that it quickly clogs the microfibre towel..just have some spares to hand and it's no problem. Just to reiterate, the pics were a combination of fine grit wet and dry (3000-7000) and the G3 paste to finish.

Good, but what's with the tube's cap?
Good stuff I've been using it with fine wet & dry paper to remove scratches from a second hand BiOrb aquarium, but given it 3 stars because of the tube it's in. It's very difficult to get the cap back on - why!? In as much as you have to use so much force it's damaging the tube and will probably split in time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tips for complainers.
The product works great for light lacquer scratches and bush marks etc. If you can get your finger nail in the scratch then nothing aside painting will rectify. To close the lid, apply pressure with your thumb in the centre of the lid - works every time for me.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worth a try
I found a scratch on my car which didn't come out with the scratch remover that I already had. A friend recommended G3 to me. I had to do a few applications with it but thankfully the scratch is now barely noticeable. My sons both borrowed it from me for their cars, one of them managed to get his scratches out, but the other one tried a few times and it just didn't make any difference. Scratch Remover Paste
I have two relatively small scratches on the door and rear panel. I have applied the paste 4 times so far and whilst the scratches are not completely removed you can see that a few more coats should do the trick. The suggestion that the scratches should be cleared with 3 applications seems somewhat optimistic but so long as it completes the job I will be happy and I cant guarantee that my attempts have been made with the patience and adherence to recommendations required.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does what it claims

A total waste of money!!!
does not work at all even on the lightest scratches. i followed the instructions and tried more than once but useless! the lid of the tube does not close.received it with tape on the lid and had to be taped all the time in order to close it! another disappointement.
