Whilst the picture is nice and crisp. Scanning for channels and lots are missing from Freeview mainly ALL BBC channels have tried many scanned and many time. Another let down feature is the TV guide whilst it has the channels you can’t see what is currently on on each station have to go into it to know. This is our first smart TV, so it is difficult to compare. It arrived very quickly, and auto set-up worked well. The channel list is a bit hard to find, so we wrote down a list of our usual ones.A friend came round and signed us in to the catch-up sites, which takes a long time with an on-screen keyboard, but you can use th remote as a mouse. Picture quality is good, and sound is not too bad at all. Where we are, the internet can be a bit slow, so sometimes 4k or HD jerk occasionally, but that is nothing to do with the set.Very light, and easy to mount on an arm.
