Good value for money and simple to use
It's so simple. Plug it in and the unit will auto detect the device when it is powered on. There is also a manual button to toggle between 3 devices that are powered. I would give it 5 stars, but I would want the lead to be slightly longer so that the unit can easily reach the cabinet the TV is standing on, rather than it being in danger of dangling. Otherwise it does exactly as advertised.

Disappointing. Got refund.
Plugged in and set up ready to go. Worked ok with one channel hdmi so clicked the button to switch to other channel and it then became stuck on that channel and no amount of clicking would make it move. Meaning to change the channel I had to physically move the hdmi leads which made the splitter totally redundant. 😒 The build quality is clearly too cheap to handle what its needed for.

Didn't work for me.
Sorry, I did not read the full particulars where it stated I cannot use it for any streaming objects, such as Amazon Firestick. I had the Firestick plugged in, as well as my DVD player. Neither would work. What can I say? How I missed the particulars I do not know?? To return this, I would have had to pay almost the same price as what the splitter cost?? So now it has joined the box of cables.

Good HDMI Switcher
Performs well. Easy enough to use as long as it's somewhere around the telly that is accessible. The only thing I would suggest is maybe different coloured LED's for each of the three channels for better indication of what's selected in area's with poor lighting, like behind my telly.

Not working with my PC but possibly good for lower energy devices
Trying to use it on my monitor to switch between my PS4 and my PC. The PS4 works but the PC isn't working no matter what I try, so personally, I don't think I can recommend this. But the button allows you to switch between input devices which can be good if you can get your devices to work.

Lets you get more out of a budget gaming monitor
This has allowed me to connect my Xbox one-x my PS4 and my desktop to one gaming monitor so i can easily switch between them all without having to change the HDMI cables. The input is indicated by a little green LED which isn't too bright so it doesn't create a distraction. It also switches automatically if it doesn't sense any input from the other cables.

I use it to connect three cables to the tv. One is for an apple tv box, one a standard hdmi to my laptop, and a small hdmi for a camcorder. The splitter switches automatically to the item in use, or can be rotated through the three with the button on it. It does what I want it to do, so I'm happy.
