It's The Real Thing
It's tempting to buy a so called 'REPLACEMENTt' copy of this remote control at less than half the price, but look carefully at the buttons. This genuine Humax remote has identical controls as your original and functions exactly the same. The button to retrieve your recordings for example, is marked as such, but not so on the so called cheaper 'Replacement' versions. Also, there was no setting up or programming to do either. Cheap but works
It worked straight out of the bag. ( I'd mislaid my real Humax remote.) Feels very light and cheap but that's what I paid for it. My only gripe is that the 'info' button is missing from the usual place. I tend to use this one a lot, which is irritating. Seems strange if it's supposed to be a clone, why some of the buttons are missing or have changed position. Arrived promptly as well which was what I was hoping for.

Good remote
Everything works for my Humax box, no problem. Only drawbacks..... It does have to be pointing in the approx direction of the humax box. It doesn't have a TV mode to alter the TV volume & on/off. Works perfectly
A good genuine replacement remote control. Just remember to boot up the Freesat box (with its own 'on' button) and press 0 and OK together for 15 seconds to get the number (between 1 and 6) to press for rhe right frequency for it to work.
