Fantastic Sealer
I was really surprised at how good it is and how easy it goes on (I used a roller with a long pole) it’s a great buy, just as good as any of the dearer products on the market. . Also is goes a long way. I’ve only used one coat a present and the rain just sits on top, I will be be doing another couple of coats as I like the shiny look. It goes on milky and dries clear. Great Product, you won't be dissapointed.
I have used other makes of sealer on my large Indian sandstone patio before, so have experience with alternative products. This sealer looks like a watery milk when it is applied, which I did using a long pile 12"/300mm roller. It goes on very easily, feels as if you are spreading water. I applied first coat rolling in one direction and you could see the graininess in the sandstone stand out, the colours deepened slightly and I was very pleased with the overall look. The second coat I managed to apply just about within the recommended 2 hour period. I rolled it at right angles to first application and a very slight sheen appeared, which I liked. The instructions inform you that subsequent coats will increase the sheen which I may do sometime in near future. I also used it on my old, faded and tired looking monoblock driveway. The first coat made no difference to surface, the product just soaked in and disappeared. I gave it a second coat and what a transformation. The faded colour improved slightly, which was good and the slight sheen appeared on theses old jaded monoblocks. This drive will definately be getting further applications. I can easily apply additional Coates as I purchased 3 x 25ltr drums. This is what I used before, and to my surprise I have only used one drum. Whether it is due to the paving having been sealed before or not, I am really pleased at the coverage I got from this product. It is 2-3 time better than before. In conclusion I would highly recommend Everbuild 405 sealer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good product, does what it says !
This was the first occasion I have used this Everbuild product. I had previously used other brands, which were also more expensive ). I previously sealed this driveway 3 years earlier and it was now looking tired. Time to update ! My block paving driveway has a a surface area of approximately 100 metre square. I prepared the driveway painstaking ( like I always do) for the treatment. Weed Killer. Algae treatment. Pressure wash. Brush in kiln dried sand to joints. Brush / blow off all debris before I use the sealer. The coverage claims are pretty good and after 4 coats ( 50L of product ), I have a nicely sealed drive with a wet look appearance. I am a satisfied customer, and this time, trusting the product, I shall reseal again with Everbuild 405 next year to maintain the finish.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Superb beyond comparison
What a product. Seals, protects, and gives a lovely sheen to your patio. We applied two coats with a roller, to slate grey patio slabs, and grey edging bricks. Completely sealed the whole thing very quickly, and brought the original colour back out of the bricks and slabs (i must stress that this was after using a karcher pressure washer to clean the patio). Good finish,easy to use, two months on it is still working and looking great.
I used a spray to apply to block paving, very easy and even aplication. Looked good once finished but spend time cleaning the paving and sweeping all sand into the joints before aplication. Good value and easy to apply
Great value and looks like new paving blocks. Cleaned paving with pressure washer then re-sanded and sealed with this product. Looks great and not gritty under foot. Good product, labelled instructions are a bit hard to fathom out. But as a whole it's a great patio sealer!! However if you want a Matt and natural finish, avoid the satin finish. I bought the satin and in certain light it looks greasy. But I still still awesome!! My patio is saved from moss, Algae, and weeds for atleast 5 years!! It really repels the water too! Very happy. Easy to apply. Would recommend atleast two coats for double protection.

Nice low sheen product especially for the price !! Applied using a spray I bought from Wilkinson for £5, it was brill. The 1st coat soaks in & seals well. TIP For 2nd coat, if you have unsmooth flags then spray & roller straight away so you don't get pockets of thicker sealant where higher edges are !!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good result!
Applied three times to my patio floor, after first pressure washing. The result is good enough on the look of the patio, but it did not fill the holes between the patio as I expected. It did form something a bit solid but not solid enough to be seen as having 'filled' those holes long term at least. As for the low sheen, this would be seen if you apply like three times, and very well noticeable in sunshine. Hard to notice without sunshine, although the patio looks cool and quite better after the application (three times in my case).
