Have used this product for many years. It will get rid of a cold if used at the first signs. If it doesn't I know it will b a bad sickness for me. I also put a few drops in water and lay my fresh veg in it for about 15 mins. It keeps them fresh longer as well as killing any germs on them. I love this product.
