Porter Cable 892
This is a replacement router for a burnt out 240 UK device (not Porter Cable). I'm using it with a Woodpeckers Sidewinder lift on an Incra table and a step-down transformer. I've given it some heavy treatment making large raised panels and it performs extremely well and just doesn't slow down! The collet wrench is easy to use and the bits eject from the collet very easily. The only fault I can find (which only affects router table users) is that the spindle locking pin is linked to the power switch with a plastic tab, which means that to operate the spindle lock, you have to reach under the table to turn the power switch off. I will probably remove the tab because power is controlled from a NVR switch. I bought this router because it specifically fits my router lift and I'm very pleased that I did.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
