SCHLEMMERTOPF Clay Cooker Baking Dish Scheurich Keramik #833 3-87 West Germany. This dish is in used condition and has scrapes and dirt marks on the outside in a number of spots. The inside has some seasoning starting and is coated on the bottom layer with ceramic. This dish has no cracks or chips and cooks perfectly. Take this dish and soak it for 10 minutes in water prior to putting in the oven and put vegetables that you desire and you will not believe how good they taste out of this pot. I have been storing it for a number of years now and have not used it so it’s time for it to go to a new home.
