I bought these scissors because Fiskars are are trusted worldwide. I bought a pair of needlework ones last year & they are still as sharp as when I first bought them. Makes a good pair of versatile kitchen scissors, good for cutting through thicker flower stems, packaging etc. I like that they are strong but without really needle sharp points, so less chance of jabbing yourself with them! I'd have liked a choice of colour - only orange available.
