    900mm worktop jig

They say you only get what you pay for in this world so don't expect any miracles from this jig. That said it was more than adequate for the job in hand and with care will produce many more accurate cuts. Great for the DIYer or occasional pro use but wouldn't withstand heave pro use.

    Router Jig with limited life

I am fitting one kitchen at home with two corner cuts to be made in the worktop. Because it was a one off job I did not buy a high quality (more expensive) router jig. But the jig has done its job and the corner cuts are good. The bolt connectors used fitted well into the jig profiles. So I can confirm that this jig is worth having, well maybe but if I lived nearer a large town I would hire a high quality jig. I guess it no surprise that the company charges about the same as the hire price of a top of the range hire jig. It might be OK for two or three kitchens if it is carefully used but it isn't the tool for a professional kitchen fitter. You get what you pay for. In this case you get a cheap bit of kit that just does the job but not many times

  • Not very durable

The cutters are fine however the first template turned up and had been snapped in transit. This company were great and sent a replacement straight away but after 1 week of being in the van in it’s cardboard box this one has a snap in exactly the same place which means there must be a weak spot in them. It was stored carefully in the van and should really stand up to being in the back of a tradesman a van but it seems to be very fragile. Would be better if made from a different material.

  • Good

It is a little fexable . Support both side of guide slot if possible to make sure guide bush does not slide out of slot . Possibly my bush was also a little short

  • Jig for the DIYer

Given the size, easy to use with the correct clamps. Clear markings provided on the board.

  • Worktop jig

Good for a couple of uses at best, if you only want to do one kitchen then this is fine but if you’re a pro then spend more money and get something more substantial, it’s very weak and if you’re not careful your router will jump out of track

  • worktop Jig and cutter bits

The Jig firm and easy to follow. The cutter bits did not show signs of going blunt on two butt joints and bolt slots with hard Iroko wood. Only complaint is the lack of support for 720mm peg slots yet 700mm available. and 615mm.

  • Easy to use even for an amateur like me.

This was the first time I had used such an item. Follow the instructions carefully and good results can easily be achieved. I was nervous about cutting into expensive worktops as you don't get a second chance but I achieved first class results and was very pleased. Well worth the expense for a professional looking finish.

  • Worktop jig

Ok but a bit lightweight and moves slightly hence deflection on router And cut , ok for a couple of kitchen work top butt and scribe but can not see lasting for long not quite strong enough and get what you pay for
