Groundbreaking
This little camera has been used on giant film productions such as Avengers II and American Sniper. The image it produces is outstanding, with 13 stops of dynamic range and strong ProRes codecs or raw for editing. The biggest advantage is the size and accessibility this camera gives you. You can film anywhere with this camera and nobody gets uncomfortable or asks any questions: It looks like a consumer point and shoot camera! Lightweight with great quality
My son like it so much. It has great quality, it is clear, and the screen is big enough. The only thing is it would of have been great if it took pictures like a camera. I guess it is only a video camera. Other than that, the camera is great!! It takes good videos; my son takes videos for his songs. An amazing camera for the money. It's clearly designed for the enthusiast or beginning filmmaker, with tools and tech that would usually come on much higher-end cameras. Not super great for photos or street photography, but that's not what it's for. This is a camera with a relatively low entry point, but with lots of features to grow into. Best Cinema Camera for producing great videos.
This cinema camera is everything it is supposed to be and more. Love shooting raw with it. External battery makes life good with it. I had lenses for my original BMPCC and they work great on this. Also got a Nikon G to MFT adapter and all my Nikon lenses work including the teleconverter. Best cinema camera for the buck!

BMPCC 4K for the Win!
I would change three things about this camera. 1) I'd want a bigger sensor 2) I'd want a different mount 3) I'd want longer battery life That's it. Those are all of the problems. The image quality is glorious, the FOV and MFT mount can be changed using a speedbooster, and the camera can be powered by a larger battery. Love this camera.
Love this camera. Unbelievably for the price. The camera has a lot of higher end Digital Cinema Camera features for the price of a prosumer camera. BRAW has an unbelievable dynamic range comprable to the Red Dragon camera. You will need to build the camera out. I recommend getting an adapter so you can use PL lenses.
