Saves money, Saves time.
If you are using Just Plug devices to help wire any layout, this small device will allow you to expand the number of items you can illuminate without having to buy more Lighting Hubs. I would suggest you purchase Woodland Scenic Splicers to make the wiring process a piece of cake. This device eliminates 75% of the wire you will need to string under your layout . If you use block lighting, as I do, one light hub port, with this device attached, will illuminate 4 street lights. I love how easy they are to use!

Great concept, but has a limitation
I love the concept of adding more plug access. However, I was trying to use it with lights that cast brightness downward and found that using the port sharing device reduced the lighting capacity and I can't use it for that application. I will use it when I get to installing street lights on my layout.
