Shame about the puddles!
Every time the door is opened it spills water onto the floor.
The outer door seal, which is supposed to direct water back into the machine's inner seal, is so distorted that it can only spill water outwards.
This appears to be because the drum is suspended too high in the machine, stretching the rubber seal upwards and outwards.
The outer seal has at it's base a small groove to carry the water back into the macine, but it can't make water run uphill ! The bottom of the outer seal is stretched to slope outwards, and dump water outwards when the door is opened. It then retains a puddle ready to spill and/or wet any items being taken out of the drum.
Since returning the machine, I have looked at lots of machines in the shops, and this seems to be a Beko problem - let's hope they notice and fix it - I liked the machine otherwise.
