Spread thinly on the skin, this repellent certainly works, and will also settle down any mosquito bites you got before remembering to put some on ! I find the natural fragrance not too strong or acrid or sickly sweet like so many of these products - and the fragrance seems to disappear after a while. Very pleased ! Stephan
