Golds gym XRS 50
Great item, Super easy install, took 3 hours because of the dogs and the wife. One thing to remember is the cable for the leg section MUST go under all the pulleys for this system. Please note the weights are 12.4 pounds each. The weights are not marked and I had to use blue painters tape to mark them. My item was missing one bar for the top leg curl. I did need to remove a cotter pin for the weight adjustment selector in order to use the last plate on the stack. With the pin in place you cannot use the lower plate. The only other issue is the instructions do not show you a small plastic piece under the bow shaped stand. This is were the plates go on top of. You'll find the small oval shape piece with the other small plastic pieces. This a great item to add to any set you already have.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I recommed this item. I was a lot easier to assemble than expected and it is of good heavy duty quality.
I got this machine in the first week of November and I've seen a big improvement in the 4 weeks I've been using it. 2 more members of my family are using it on a daily basis, which surprised me because I expected it was only going to be me using it. It's of very high quality - very strong and sturdy and it will make you strong if you use it. It's massively improved my strength. I recommend you do what I did - go to you tube and put the name of this machine and exercises in and you will see a ton of exercises you didn't know you could do with this. This was easier to assemble than expected but the reviews on Amazon said most people had a problem understanding the directions for putting together the pulley system, which wasn't a problem with mine. Look at the reviews on Amazon which I also checked out before I bought this. I'm very glad I chose this. Highly recommend. Nice Home Gym

Inexpensive good home workout unit.
Nice decent sized home gym unit. Easy enough to assemble, all hardware is seperated by steps, so it is very easy to know what parts you need for each connection. Only issue I have is with the length of the top support. If you leave the bar attached to the pulley system, it can be an interference to the butterfly bar.
