Great e-reader (but wish it had OverDrive like the Kobo Aura One)
The 6.8" screen size seems just right -- bigger than 6", without increasing the size of the e-reader too much. I wanted to use this Kobo without a cover, but the texture on the back casing is a bit weird (lots of tiny bumps and dots. I would have preferred a plain rubberised backing, like the H2O first edition. The Kobo Aura One also has this same weird back texture. I can't imagine anyone liking it. But then again, most people will probably use a case! For me, one of the big features of the Kobo system is that it integrates with Pocket, which allows me to save articles from the web (from my computer), then read them later on the Kobo. I don't know why the Aura H2O Edition 2 doesn't include the direct link to the OverDrive library borrowing service like the Aura One does. this is my third KOBO. I think they are great, user friendly and easy to carry. If you are like me and need to have a book to read at all times, this is the product for you. I am often stuck somewhere, bored and waiting, and I do like to read.I am not a tablet person, I dont care much for news or Hollywood gossip, but I do love a good read.
