Packaging let this product down
Unfortunately, this product arrived wrapped in a Post Office safety bag because it had burst during its journey. This bothered me because not only was the original packaging inappropriate (surely a small padded envelope would have been much more effective) but some of the product would have spilled out, perhaps onto anyone handling it.
