Genuine OE Textar Coated Rear Disc fitted on a 2012 mini cooper R56
Unlike standard disc these coated disc won't rust on the hubs which looks unsightly when looking through the wheel, and no need to remove any oily protective coating before fitting as there is none, just simply wipe off any handling marks off the friction area once the disc is installed, this is a defiant improvement over the old discs they replaced.
