Incorrect part despite it being described as a replacement for the correct part number.
Wasn’t the correct part, despite input data stating it would fit, this didn’t fit 2011 pre-facelift A5. Fixing lugs and wire connection not the same, also slightly different profile and end notch is completely different. Make sure you check this will fit by comparing with genuine Audi part. I broke this trying to make it fit as needed for long journey next day and didn’t want to risk getting pulled as it’s an mot fail. Ended up getting correct one from a proper Audi parts store, with exactly same information given for this.
