Bought as spare for when our other one gives up
I searched for new Coffee machines everywhere and didn't find one as good as my Bosch water capacity of 2 litres. I bought this never used item as a back up to when ours fails. Security seal broken on the box, bad sign to start with (ARGOS for you!) Terrible instructions, pictorial only, PLEASE use written instructions alongside them. Disappointed with the taste when I finally did figure it out, the old filter machine is still miles better. You have to clean the machine first using the security disk which is behind the water tank built in the body. The part used to hold this disk in place also needs to be removed for normal operation. No sample provided. The overall parts appear to be poor quality and not to a high standard (switches and thin plastic on water tank). Difficult to clean if drip tray does not catch everything.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A big improvement
