Good enough heater and air purifier
It is a great heater and air purifier. We haven't used it much for cooling since we mainly bought it to keep us warm in the winter. When we leave it on auto it can sometimes be noisy when it picks up something bad in the air and runs hard to clean the air. The app is great to see how the air quality and room temp when I am not there. The schedule and timer are great features that I wish could have somehow also been available through the app. I purchased it through a sale otherwise I would not have bought it since it is normally really expensive. Bought as a gift for family member
I have a aversion to giving Peter Dyson money. He is not a "inventor" as much as a sly marketer. This fan is beyond over engineered and solves non existent problems. It is nicely integrated and well built (better be for the price of it) but I'm not a fan of the wankiness of it. IMHO. This fan does blow but not a hard as you may like. In the 8-10 speed range it sounds like a small jet engine spooling up. My sister in law likes it but she has expensive tastes. I did get a good deal buying the factory reconditioned model along with 20% off discount so it wasn't too painful. I did buy their top of the line V8 ab$olute hand vacuum and it works fantastically.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

This thing is definitely COOL, or HOT, depending on your geographical location. I ordered it from Buffalo, apparently where all things DYSON go to get a second life. It only had a minimal cosmetic flaw, so it passed the MAN CAVE look test. BUT...........they shipped it without a remote controller, which rendered it about completely useless for a week so. Henceforth, after an email thru the Ebay system and a return email eschewing the need to contact an 800 #, I finally got my remote. They said it would take 7-10 days to get the remote. I took possession of the remote in 7 days. I was then able to purify, heat, and cool the environment of my MAN CAVE, leading to immense satisfaction. Do I recommend it? Only if you can afford it. Is it of good value? Only if you can't find something cheaper to Heat, Cool, and Purify your environment Is it it of Good Quality? YUP Dyson seems to value Form as much as Function, as do I. So, unless you want to get a standard looking fan and tape some hi tech air filters to it and then get an Amish heater to battle Michigan Winters, then buy it, or don't. Best 3 in 1 Air purifier LOVE IT ! And it works with my Alexa voice control
I was originally shopping for Just a air purifier. Then Dyson popped up in my search . I’m glad it did .Why spend Money on an air purifier . When I can have a 3 in 1 heater /winter/cold fan / Summer /purifier all time . I love the app and that it’s wireless works with my Alexa flawlessly . Even down to the magnets integrated in the remote control . I would definitely give this a five star review . And its Dyson a trustworthy name that’s built to last . There’s so much more I could say but not enough room for me to mansion like on the app has a chart showing the progress of the purifier. You can set the purifier to turn on and whatever function throughout the day and throughout the week . Very easy to set up . I love how quiet it is . Worth every gosh darn penny
This device, as I call it, is EXCELLENTLY engineered. It's almost silent when st levels 5 or below and is powerful at anything above that. It has mighty cooling power, and makes the air FEEL clean. Also, it's directional flow and heating just add to the value. Yes, It's pricey. Yes, it's Dyson engineered. Those two things go together, but you get what you pay for, a really good fan/heater/purifier. I would NOT want any other at this point, my last fan lost half of its air pushing power in a few months, and I know this fan has a limited 3yr warranty, because it's been sold from DysonDirect. Basically, I like this little guy a lot, and it's more than capable, with the perks of having a remote, being almost silent, having great smooth airflow (has to be experienced to be understood) and the ability to evenly heat a room quickly...ohnand did I mention it's HEPA certified, meaning it can filter such microscopic things as viruses out of the air, which is great for my abhorrent allergies.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Fabulous heater/fan
Dyson can’t be beat! This things is amazing. It has temperature control so you can adjust it to where you want it. It’s super quiet and purifies the air at the same time. Mine came in new condition so that was nice. Heat works great and fan is good. I've heard replacement filters are expensive. Dyson Makes a Great Fan/Purifer
This is one great product. I have it in my library, where I spend 8-10 hours a day. It is quiet, and provides cooling comfort in our Summer months. I’m anxious to use the heater this Winter to warm just the library higher than the rest of the downstairs. The internet link is amazing. The link to Alexa is tremendously useful. This is the most luxurious fan you could buy. When you think you deserve to reward yourself something nice, this item would be great for you! It's quiet and the air is cold. Loud but fantastic
