Good variety of workouts
Having the 10 minute workouts is great as you can do as much as you have time for. The ab workout is so tough! You will need weights and a ball. Good Toning workout
Inspite of Davina looking quite ill on this DVD and not healthy at all bless her, the trainer is in fabulously healthy shape and fitness. This DVD is great for toning and I use this in addition to my cardio workouts. Lovely music, but too much swearing
I wanted to listen to the lovely songs from the film, but I didn’t realise they put so much dialogue in between the songs and they are full of swearing.
