Occasionally has its moments but overall a huge disappointment, much more so than the original Matrix sequels. Can very well understand why Jada Pinkett-Smith, Laurence Fishburne and Hugo Weaving [presumably] didn't want to be in it. Most of the cast need more acting lessons.
